We offer a return and a refund policy for our products only if there is a supporting unboxing video.
Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or defect, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must:
• Begin before the package is opened
• Clearly show the shipping label, sealed box, and product condition
• Be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery
Returns or claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• This step helps us validate any damage during transit and ensures a smooth resolution for both sides.
