We offer a return and a refund policy for our products only if there is a supporting unboxing video.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or defect, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must:

Begin before the package is opened
Clearly show the shipping label, sealed box, and product condition
Be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery

Returns or claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

This step helps us validate any damage during transit and ensures a smooth resolution for both sides.
